Meet Becky

Creator and voice behind YogaNidrāwithBecky.com, Becky has been exploring and practicing yoga and mindfulness for the last 20+ years. This has led to a deep interest in, and continued learning of, the vital importance sleep and rest play in our overall well-being.

A Canadian living in the Philippines, Becky has completed yoga teacher trainings from widely known and highly respected instructors in Indonesia, Spain and Canada. Her certifications include a 200hr Hatha Yoga & Yoga Nidra Teacher Training, a 60hr Yoga Nidrā Teacher & Facilitator Training, and a 30hr Neuro-Informed Breathwork & Respiratory Sciences Training.

She was first introduced to yoga in 2005 during her acting studies in Vancouver where movement, energy work, yoga, and mindfulness were integral parts of the curriculum. This sparked a life long journey exploring practices that foster a deep connection to self, intuition, the body, and to being in the present moment.

Becky loves being in nature, spending time with family and friends, music, writing, and being part of a supportive community.

Yoga Nidrā with Becky was designed to be a peaceful space and a relaxed online experience away from your daily activities where you can tune out from the day, take a breath, and tune into yourself through mindful, restful and restorative guided practices.

This is a sharing of the knowledge and wisdom from the beautiful souls who passed it along from their teachers.

Yoga nidrā has a special way of providing you with what you need in the moment. So, please, take what you need from these recordings and pass them along to friends and family who are interested and in need of a little time-out, self-love and rest.
